All B Free Intimate Apparel products are designed at our head office in Melbourne, Australia. We have a team of skilled designers that specialise in wire-free and seamless technology and work closely with our partners around the world to produce high quality intimate apparel. All of our warehousing, operations, pick & pack, customer service and marketing is based in Melbourne. We are proudly Australian!
We take pride in our products and take time to source responsible, reputable factories to create our vision. Our manufacturing partners are located in India, Vietnam and China and we work with reputable factories that specialise in the technology and fabrication of the garments they produce.
Our 100% organic baby clothing is GOTS certified. GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) is the strictest internationally recognised processing standard for organic fibres. Our processes are reviewed at each stage of the supply chain from cotton farming to organic dyes and manufacturing to ensure we meet their high standards. Our 100% organic cotton baby wear is produced in India for their high reputation for being one of the world's largest producers of cotton and one of the first to implement the Better Cotton programme. B Free seamless garments are produced on innovative seamless Santoni machinery that is made in Italy and Korea, and operated in Vietnam and China. Our well-established Vietnamese and Chinese factories and knitting mills house the technology where the and talent to run this machinery to create seamless and wireless lingerie.
These electronic circular knitting machines are operated by highly skilled technical workers to produce our unique garments that are known for their flexible, supportive fabrications. Unlike traditional cut and sew garments that are labour intensive to produce, the bulk of the work to produce our garments is done by specialised programmers and technicians that operate the knitting machines. A team of expert machinists then finish the garments to create the end product.

B Free products are produced in Business Social Compliance Initiatives (BSCI) Approved Factories in China. BSCI ensures that companies can build an ethical supply chain, through the use of international treaties on the protection of workers rights. Some of the criteria include management criteria, environmental protection and anti-discrimination policy. Our partner factories are inspected by 3rd party agents on a regular basis for safe working conditions and underage workers.

Our partner factories carry the talent and specialised machinery to produce garments of unparalleled quality within the seamless apparel industry. Manufacturing using this technology is not available in Australia. However, we base all of our other operations including warehousing, order dispatch, website management, customer service and design locally in Melbourne, Australia. We believe in supporting the local economy and creating secure jobs here while providing top quality product that is ethically sourced.
